What’s great about Sue?
Sue is a customer service pioneer with over 30 years of experience in the Orthodontic industry and has a great passion for creating genuine, caring relationships with customers and the lifelong benefits that can result from having a beautiful, healthy smile.
Sue is well known for her kind manner and her ability to create wonderful customer experiences that leave patients feeling welcomed, well informed and genuinely cared about. She also loves coming up with ways to create a happy, positive workplace culture.
With certificates in Dental Assisting, Dental Radiography and Work place Training and Assessment, Sue has been closely involved in the set up and ongoing training of staff in a number of Orthodontic practices both interstate and overseas. She has presented programs at a number of orthodontic conferences, has authored a book on creating the ultimate customer experience and more recently completed a Diploma in Business Leadership and Management.
Away from the office, Sue enjoys learning, spending time outdoors and helping others.
